Recomentations on Image/video adjusting
To increase system speed and bandwidth, particularly for using on slow or mobile devices, we need to adjust image and video size.
Images need to be clear, sharp, close cropped to main object.

For size reduction we recommend after cropping image to use tinypng.com or similar service.
Maximum uploaded video quality: 720p in mp4 format.
If possible, use the streaming services: Youtube, Vimeo, etc.
